Technology administrators have a broad knowledge of business functions as well as extensive computer expertise. They must be able to apply project management skills to all areas of their responsibilities. Depending on their roles and titles, company size and complexity, these tech administrators may plan and design networks, develop budgets and policies and purchase equipment and coordinate installation.
