• In 2000, 44% of flight attendants aged 25 to 34 held a bachelor’s degree, compared
  with only 28% of all flight attendants.
• Employers clearly feel that college graduates are more motivated, learn tasks more
  quickly, are better able to meet deadlines and have better problem-solving and communications skills.
• Cost-conscious employers feel that college grads can take on greater responsibility
  sooner.
